Woolley Tabbed MASCAC Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete Of The Week

Malden, Mass. native collects second MASCAC weekly honor of the season

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Junior Annie Woolley was named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Woolley earns her second weekly accolade on the year after placing fourth overall in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.13 seconds to claim All-American honors at the 2017 NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field National Championship, hosted by the Spire Institute on Saturday afternoon.

The Fitchburg State women's outdoor track & field team concluded its season two weeks ago as select members competed at the 2017 MIT Last Chance Qualifier Meet at the MIT Henry G. Steinbrenner Track.
