Aidan Hanratty, Men's Soccer
Sophomore Aidan Hanratty (E. Bridgewater, Mass./E. Bridgewater) collects his second Soaring Falcon honor of the season after guiding the Fitchburg State men's soccer team to a 1-0 week.
Hanratty, the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletci Conference (MASCAC) Co-Plyaer of the Week, posted nine saves in Fitchburg State's 2-1 comeback victory over Salem State University on Saturday afternoon. With the victory, the Falcons secured the sixth and final playoff spot in the upcoming MASCAC men's soccer tournament.
The Fitchburg State men's soccer team returns to action on Wednesday as it travels to third seeded Westfield State University at 7 p.m.
