Morehouse Earns MASCAC Baseball Player Of The Week Honors
FITCHBURG, Mass. – Fitchburg State graduate catcher Connor Morehouse (Wetherby Lake, Mo.) was recently tabbed Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Baseball Player of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Fitchburg State graduate catcher Connor Morehouse (Wetherby Lake, Mo.) was recently tabbed Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Baseball Player of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
The first-year Falcon batted .563 (9-for-16) with four doubles, two home runs, seven runs scored and five RBI in a 2-2 week for the Falcons. Morehouse went 4-of-5 with a double, one run scored and one RBI in a setback to Keene State on Tuesday before adding a 2-for-5 effort at the dish with a double, home run, one run scored and three RBI in 5-4 loss to Salem State on Friday.
Connor concluded the week, going a combined 3-for-6 with two doubles, a home run, five runs scored and one RBI in a double header sweep over Salem State on Saturday.
The Fitchburg State baseball team (5-19, 2-4 MASCAC) returns to action on Tuesday as they host the Lynx of Lesley University for a non-conference matchup, starting at 3:00 PM.
