Bio
Joe Caico enters his first season with the Falcons after a decorated playing career at the University of New Haven. The 2018 New Haven Male Athlete of the Year was a Rawlings First Team All-Region and NE-10 Second Team All-Conference honoree. Coach Caico played for the Worcester Bravehearts of the FCBL from 2015-2017 and was selected as an All-Star in 2017. He is currently an instructor and coach for Energy Baseball out of Worcester.
