Three Falcons Named To MASCAC All-Conference Teams
McKnight & Topkin selected to first team; Tomaszewski named to second team
Fitchburg, Mass. – The Fitchburg State football team had three members named to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Football All-Conference teams as announced by the conference office on Thursday afternoon.
Fitchburg State senior defensive back Elijah Zaire McKnight (Tracy, CA) was named to the All-Conference First Team offensive and defensive honors as a defensive back and return specialist, while classmate Camren Topkin (New London, CT) earned First Team All-Conference honors as an inside linebacker.
Rounding out the All-Conference honors for the Falcons was junior defensive lineman Aiden Tomaszewski (Sterling, MA), who was selected to the All-Conference Second Team.
McKnight concluded the season, ranking first in the conference in interception with six as well as totaling 48 tackles on 31 solo stops and 17 assisted tackles, one fumble forced, one fumble recovery, six pass breakups and three blocked kicks in addition to averaging 23.1 yards per kick return and 12.1 yards per punt return.
Topkin finished the 2025 season, leading the conference in both tackles and tackles per contest, registering 105 tackles on 37 solo stops and 68 assisted tackles as well as three sacks, 10.5 tackles for loss and one fumble forced.
Tomaszewski concluded the year, ranking third in the conference in sacks with seven in addition to recording 57 tackles on 25 solo stops, 32 assisted tackles and nine tackles for loss.
