McKenzie Tabbed MASCAC Men’s Basketball Rookie Of The Week
FITCHBURG, Mass. – Freshman guard Tayjaun McKenzie, Lynn, Mass.) was recently selected Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Freshman guard Tayjaun McKenzie, Lynn, Mass.) was recently selected Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
The first-year guard collected a double-double of 19 points and ten rebounds as well as one block, while shooting 6-for-15 (40.0%) from the field in a 102-96 victory over the Vikings of Salem State on Wednesday evening.
The Fitchburg State men's basketball team (5-9, 1-1 MASCAC) returns to action on Wednesday as it travels to MCLA to take on the Trailblazers for a MASCAC bout, starting at 5:30 PM.
