Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State freshman forward Thomas Harty (Billerica, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Ice Hockey Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday.

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State freshman forward Thomas Harty (Billerica, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Ice Hockey Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday.
The first-year forward picks up his first weekly accolade of the 2021-22 campaign after notching two points on one goal and one assist in the Falcons 5-2 victory against Framingham State on Tuesday afternoon.
The Fitchburg State ice hockey team (11-4-0, 9-2-0 MASCAC) returns to action tomorrow as they travel to Plymouth State University to take on the Panthers in conference action, starting at 4:00 PM.
