Felix Selected Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week

Worcester, Mass. native earns first weekly accolade of the season 

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State senior Nathaniel Felix (Worcester. Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

The fourth-year Falcon collected his first weekly honor of the season after placing fourth overall in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.22 seconds, while guiding the 4x200 meter relay team to a third place time of 1:46.48 at the 2022 Mary Grinaker Invitational, hosted by Smith College on Saturday.

The Fitchburg State Men's Indoor Track and Field team returns to action on Saturday, January 14th as they compete at the 2023 Reggie Poyau Memorial Invitational, hosted by Brandeis University.
