Manyok Named Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week
Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State junior Taban Manyok (Lynn, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.
Lynn, Mass. native earns first weekly accolade of the season
Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State junior Taban Manyok (Lynn, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.
The third-year Falcon notches his first weekly honor on the year after placing first overall in the mile with a time of 4:29.72, while adding a fourth place time of 9:07.94 in the 3000 meter for the Green and Gold at the 2023 Reggie Poyau Invite, hosted by Brandeis University on Saturday.
The Fitchburg State Men's Indoor Track and Field team returns to action this weekend as they compete at the 2023 Branwen Smith-King Invite, hosted by Tufts University.
