North Dartmouth, MA. – The Fitchburg State University men's cross-country team placed 28th overall with a total of 775 points at the 2025 UMass Dartmouth Invitational today at the Robert Dowd Cross Country Course.

How It Happened
Junior Samuel Edwards (Townsend, MA) led the way for the Falcons, finishing 100th overall with a time of 26:47.25 over the 8K layout, while senior Michael Burns (Worcester, MA) followed in 121st place with a time of 27:11.60
Junior Joshua Lancaster (Holden, MA) was next for the Green and Gold, crossing the line at 28:32.16, while senior Brady Madigan (Ayer, MA) entered the chute at 31:21.96.
Rounding out the top finishers for the Green and Gold were senior Alvaro Castillo-Clottier Jr (Palmer, MA) and junior Lemuel Del Valle (Lawrence, MA) with times of 32:30.32 and 33:17.30 respectively.
