MASCAC Women’s Lacrosse All-Conference Teams Announced

Alicea & St. George collect conference accolades

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State Women's Lacrosse senior Makenzie Alicea (Northbridge, MA) and classmate Jessica St. George (Dracut, MA) were selected to 2025-26 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference second team as announced by the conference office on Wednesday.

Alicea picked up her first All-Conference honor after totaling 29 groundball and a team best 32 caused turnovers. With those 32 caused turnovers, Makenzie concluded her career, ranking fifth all-time in program history with 77 caused turnovers.

St. George registered her third All-Conference accolade after posting 42 points on a team-leading 30 goals and 12 assists as well as collecting 39 groundballs, 54 draw controls and 24 caused turnovers. With those totals, Jess became just the fourth member in program history to eclipse 100 or more goals, points, draw controls and groundballs.

The Fitchburg State women's lacrosse team recently concluded their 2026 campaign with an overall record of 8-10 and a 3-4 mark within conference play.
