Women's Volleyball Topped By Wildcats In Non-Conference Action
Sardella finished with a team-best six kills for Green & Gold
East Longmeadow, MA: The Fitchburg State Women's Volleyball team dropped a 3-0, straight set decision to the Wildcats of Bay Path University this afternoon in non-conference action from the Riker Athletic Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Fitchburg State's offense was paced by senior Stephanie Sardella (Billerica, MA) with a team-leading six kills, one service ace and ten digs, while sophomore setter Madison Keohane (Wakefield, MA) added a team-best nine assists, one service ace and five digs. Defensively, senior Sydney Nortelus (Cambridge, MA) finished with five digs, two assists and three service aces for the Green and Gold.
- For the Wildcats senior Anastasiya Tsetsko (Horsham, PA) collected a match-leading 16 kills, one assist, two service aces and four digs, while junior Zormar Betancourt (San Juan PR) chipped in with a match best 18 assists and five digs. On the defensive end, junior Shanayah St Phard (Springfield, MA) ended the match with a match-leading 13 digs, one kill, six assists and one service ace.
